Die MTD GmbH wurde 2000 gegründet und zählt heute zu den führenden Herstellern von Zeilen- und Linienbeleuchtungen für die inline Oberflächen- und Bahnwareninspektion. Die Leuchten mit durchgehenden Längen von bis zu 6m werden weltweit in der Kunststoff-, Stahl-, Papier-, Textil-, Glas- und Holzindustrie eingesetzt.

Im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden erarbeitet das MTD-Team innovative Lösungen für die komplexen Anforderungen zukünftiger Inspektionssysteme. Dabei wird von MTD stets die industrielle Gesamtkonzeption - angefangen von den beleuchtungstechnischen Parametern über die Systemeinbindung bis hin zu Fragen der Robustheit und Kühlung - als technologische Einheit angesehen. Ein aktuelles Beispiel hierfür ist die Entwicklung einer "chip-on-board" LED-Linienleuchte mit elektronisch adaptierbarem Beleuchtungsprofil und modularem Kühlsystem.

Mit der eigenen Produktlinie MTD-LED bietet MTD für nahezu alle Inspektionsaufgaben standardisierte und qualitativ hochwertige Linienleuchten an. MTD GmbH was founded in 2000 and is now one of the leading manufacturers of line-lights for inline surface- and web inspection. The lights with continuous lengths up to 6m are applied worldwide in the plastic, steel, paper, textile, glass and wood industry.

In close collaboration with our customers the team of MTD develops innovative solutions for the complex requirements of future inspection systems. MTD's concept is to merge all the industrial needs concerning lighting parameters, system integration, robustness and cooling. MTD always bears in mind the complete industrial conception as a technological unit, including lighting parameters, system integration, robustness and cooling. The latest example for this approach is the development of a chip on board LED line-light with electronic adaptable intensity profile and modular cooling system.

With the product lines MTD-LIGHT and MTD-LED nearly all types of inspection tasks can be served/supported with standardised and high quality line lights.
